Milen Hristov, lawyer and owner

Education: Milen has graduated from Veliko Turnovo University “St. St. Cyril and Methodius”, Master of Laws

Professional experience: Milen Hristov is a member of Sofia Bar Association. He is experienced with establishing limited liability companies (LLC) and joint stock companies (JSC). He advises on corporate governing matters (general meetings, share transactions etc.), as well as on developing e-business (aka e-commerce). He specialises in drafting agreements and contracts concerning various industries, debt collecting, civil case litigation, Creative Commons and GPL licenses.
Milen has help numerous UK clients with buying real estate properties in Bulgaria, as well as he has performed litigation against default construction developers.
Milen has performed advisory services for KPMG Bulgaria as well as other major Bulgarian companies.

Other experience: Milen is certified company liquidator and registered as such with the Registry Agency.

Elitsa Slavova, lawyer

Education: University of National and World Economy, Bulgaria, Master of Law

Professional experience: Before joining MHLegal, Elitsa worked as in-house solicitor for several Sofia and Varna law offices. She is experienced in consulting and drafting of documents for property transactions (sell/purchase), property securities (mortgages, pledges). She is skilled in mediations/negotiation, preparation of claims and other litigation documents. She has deep knowledge in ferrous scrap processing legal framework, valuable metals trade etc. Elitsa also specialises in intellectual property law (registration of trademarks, copyright infringement cases, industrial design)

Yanina Hristova, EU project manager

Education: English and American Studies at Sofia University; International relations and Anthropology at University of Vermont, USA

Professional experience: Yanina is a multi disciplinary person in our team with extensive experience in a variety of fields: regional and economic development, SMEs consulting, cluster development work, social enterprises development work. She is also experienced in project preparation and management, especially related to EU funding schemes.

Other experience: Yanina is skilled at public presentations. She has also carried out extensive industry research for many clients.

Hobbies: Reads tons of books, likes to travel.
