Orchard Development – is it ready for habitation?

Today I was passing through Bansko and decided to take some pictures of the Orchard Development. This is to show to the public what they should expect out of their investment:

  •   This is the mandatory sign for each construction work in progress. Circled in red, is the deadline for finishing the development:

  • Building of the Orchard (probably only phase I). This is the scenery around the developments. Note that there is no suitable road. You can access the place only with off-road capable vehicle:

So is there no chance whatsoever that The Orchard will be completed? It is half way there now…..Could another developer come in to develop this site?
And what are the chances of recovering any cash paid by investors?
    Thanks.

  2. Yes, there is a way for another developer to finish the development. This could be done ONLY if all the owners(the one who have title deeds) authorize the next developer fro that.

I have a paid one amount for the Orchard – phase 1 and 3 deposits for, I believe, I will need to check as it has been a while ago, for Orchard 2.
I received a notification that BG in London has ceased trading, and know that they are agents, I have been referred to an email address of Smart Partners but no website. The letter I received said that 50 people were working on the site and that it should soon be Act 15 ready.
I am at a bit of a loss, I guess I shouldnt being paying any more money, huh? Who should I sue, or can I sue to recover the money already paid?
    Thanks
