I received a notification that BG in London has ceased trading, and know that they are agents, I have been referred to an email address of Smart Partners but no website. The letter I received said that 50 people were working on the site and that it should soon be Act 15 ready. I am at a bit of a loss, I guess I shouldnt being paying any more money, huh? Who should I sue, or can I sue to recover the money already paid?
