Smartpartners-BG Ltd. declared bankrupt by Sofia City Court

Smartpartners-BG Ltd. - the developer of The Orchard, Bansko- have been declared bankrupt by Sofia City Court on 18.01.2012. The court resolution is sent by the court to the Commercial Register for announcing. It will be officially announced probably next week. As from the moment of announcing the court resolution, all creditors will have 1 month to present their claims to the administrator (through court).

The Orchard - almost two years later

Here are some pictures of The Orchard development in Bansko taken one week ago. As you can see, there is not much difference since January 2009 - almost two years later. Orchard Development - is it ready for habitation?

Today I was passing through Bansko and decided to take some pictures of the Orchard Development. This is to show to the public what they should expect out of their investment: This is the mandatory sign for each construction work in progress. Circled in red, is the deadline for finishing the development: Building of the Orchard (probably only phase I). This is the scenery around the developments. Note that there is no suitable road.
